Heater blower and A/C only work when the dial switch for the blower is on 4. When you turn the dial switch to 1, 2, or 3 the blower stops and the A/C light goes off. Checked all fuses and all are OK any ideas?

thermal fan resistor opencircuit hence speed 4 direct feed allows the fan motor to operatre. The resistor is on top of the heater box behind the dash and is a bit tricky to access but if you remove the glove box you will be able to replace it.
