    Hi

im trying to take the front bumper forward a few inches on the right hand side (as you face the car from front) so I can get at the G395 air con pressure sensor to swap it for new. I was under the impression you can undo the fasteners all except the 10mm nut on the left side, then bring the bumper forwards far enough.

I've taken out the three bolts along the top and one 10mm nut on the RHS but can't get the bumper further than pictured and don't want to force it without first asking advice. Does the headlamp washer Union need to be re over / repositioned to get it further? Is there something else I've missed?

i can probably get a spanner on the old sensor as the bumper currently sits, but cannot get anywhere near the electrical connector to unplug that, as you can probably see in the third pic.

Behind the inner wheel arch there is a plastic cover remove this to access the 10mm nut.
You need a long extension for this job.

Thanks, done that already but still can't get the bumper off more than about 10mm so my question was why? Are there more fasteners, is it the headlamp washer Union, or is it just plastic clips which need a good shove to get disconnected?

Thanks, had taken the undertray fasteners off but hadn't spotted the three t25 torx screws which are in that same vicinity and visible once you prise the side of the bumper outwards a little. Dealt with that and the headlamp washer Union (gave the garage floor its annual bath time) and then I could get to the G395 easily. Surprisingly easy job to change it overall.
