Hi One and All. I am new to this site, having recently purchased an Audi A4 Tdi 130 Sport. `51` Plate with 63,000 Mls on the clock and full history. I am looking forward to owning this car and being a member of this site.
I have only once before owned an Audi and that was some years ago.
It was an Audi 100 CD 2.2 5 cylinder, auto. Having now gone back to an Audi, I realise what I have been missing.

Hi and welcome to the forum....

You say the car has full service history?? just make sure the cambelt and tensioner have been changed recently. (Due every 4 yrs or 60K whichever comes first)

Thanks for that Bora(ing)Nick.
The cambelt and tentioners were changed at 57000, according to the service book (Audi Dealer) when it was serviced. There is also a foil type label, stuck to the slam plate that seems to be specificly put there, so that the fact the cam belt has been changed, can be carved in to it with a ball pen or similar.
Does this all sound about right?
