hi everyone, thought id do a little build thread for my ongoing slow project!

it came to me like this first picture



after some new wheels and tinted windows it then looked like this!



i also swapped out everything interior wise to LED

next up was some maintenance.. new brake rotors and pads, new air filter, fuel filter, oil & oil filter

next up was an EGR delete, which wasnt as straight forward as some other models since the BKE one is a pain ..

i also done some exterior cosmetics.. debadged the rear apart from the audi rings, and fitted an RS4 style honeycomb front grill and Cupra R splitter







and thats where im up to currently! ive also got a decat i need to fit and a new thermostat as it takes too long to get upto temperature in my opinion

Hi the egr delete you did you took the cooler out as well did you get any engine lights with no egr fitted or did you have to get it mapped out. Any improvements in the performance and were did you get the blanking plates from.

hi, yes ive got an engine light but i will be getting that taken care of when i get a remap i got the kit from the states, but Forge do a kit in the UK (for alot more money!)

replaced the alternator pulley yesterday, and booked in for a remap next wednesday with Armstrong Performance, formally known as 'the diesel doctor' .. will post the results afterwards, in the mean time.. heres another photo haha

just a small update, still booked in for a remap on wednesday .. black rings and tinted tail lights, i think it needs an s-line colour coded diffuser and better exhaust tips to finish off the back end

decat fitted and remapped. I'm happy with those numbers, not sure what else I could do for more power without spending big money, so it will probably just be cosmetics and handling from now on.. I have ordered a powerflex snub mount, heard they make an unbelievable difference putting the power down ..

Strange result , 190 hp ? is really high for a 1.9 bke , 115 bhp ? Norm is 145 bhp .

Torque is just a tad on the low side considering you have a decat and it peaks really late .
