    Cheers,
yeah you have to remove the grey trim first from the trim around the door handle
you have to remove the front end first as the back part slots in

then remove the 4 screws I think from behind the removed grey trim

then there is a screw just under the door arm rest

use a plastic tool and slide in the bottom corner by the speaker and carefully pull

be carful though as one thing I've noticed is the trim lugs are very brittle

there is also a you tube clip on removing the door card

    ANDY

great work as alway and a pleasure to watch and see your work
and great that you always take the time to help and give tips

keep up the great work mate

    Hi Andy,

Nice work, i have been following your retrofits and will embark on door closing and maybe nightvision at some point. i have a question about passenger memory buttons. did you have any problems with the seat frames with memory function? is this a concern or did you just get lucky with the correct part numbers - i am confused in etka and see that some have memory and others don't. any insight would be great

    Regards,
    Jeremy

Hi Jeremy. No problem. If you have electric front seats then you have everything. The buttons are literally all you need plus coding to tell the seat module its memory enabled. There is no change to the actual seat itself or frame (like previously)

    Cheers

Hi Mate, that is awesome. I have electric front seats so all good. I have door cards coming from germany right now as part of the b&o kit that i have ordered, hopefully the drivers door card will have the correct facia to enable me to swao out so all i need are buttons and some wires - i have an entire car loom from q7 with b&o and 4 door looms from donor b&o car so i should have enough wires and pins to add the buttons.

    Thanks again.

Good work Andy. I have found the part number for the button, but do you happen to know the part number for the door panel fascia?

I have the drivers side memory but would be good to let SWMBO have it too.

Also, is the wiring already present in the door?

Depends what trim colour / level you have to determine part number. What do you have?

Wiring is not present no. As a general rule of thumb no wiring is ever present for anything that didn't come with car from factory. It must all be added.

In the case of this one, it's 5 wires.

    Cheers
