    Default MMI knob not working – 09-03-2017,11:13 PM
    Hi,

    Just got back from a holiday to find the MMI dial not working on my 2011 A6!!!

    No problems before i went away, Any ideas how to get to get this working again?

    is it completely dead?
    If it just failing to respond to rotary commands or push commands?

    If it is not completely dead, it suggests it needs a good clean. Remove the switch and give it a good dousing with switch cleaner.
    If its completely dead, try unplugging it and putting it back in again.
