Newbie needing help with Audi A4 Interior bulbs !!

Hi, can anybody tell me how to change the bulbs that are behind the heater control switches? i have an AUDI A4 1997 , Its the 3 controls just below the stereo as all the bulbs seem to have gone, also on my dashboard i only have the speedo lit up to the 40mph mark, so i take it the rest of the bulb have gone in the speedo !! any suggestions on the above id be very greatfull..

I had a similar problem with an 03 headlight switch and the easiest thing to do was to purchase a new one - as effort & trying to source a bulb were proving too much - you may be able to get the above parts in a breakers - though i think clocks need to be fitted by dealer.
