    Hi,

Just had my 2.0 TDi serviced at an Indy, they used long life oil according to the invoice (as I asked for), but when I go into the MMI it says that the service interval is 19k but the next oil change is due at 9k miles.

Have they pressed the wrong button somewhere?

I guess I could just reset the oil change indicator myself in 9k miles, not sure if they have missed something as I'm sure it normally aligns itself when done at a dealer.

(I know some of you don't like longlife service intervals, not planning to have that debate :-) )

    Any ideas appreciated.

Most likely the Indy has reset the service on the car to fixed interval rather than long life. Or in other terms they have coded the car incorrectly... You will need to take the car back to them or to Audi to reset the car back to long life service intervals.
