    Hello folks!
We have two A6 Avants, neither of the rear washers work and on the 2004 one, even the wiper doesn't move. the washer pump works as I can hear it.
How do I remove the interior trim on the bootlid?
    Is this a common issue?
To be fair this 2004 one also has a few other niggles such as the interior lights are pulsating (on and off) sometimes when a door is open. Could this be related somehow like one caused the other one?

I believe the pipes carrying the water can split in passenger footwell, just pull back panel and plastic beside door, lift the carpet slightly, all the cables run along the pillar, check to see if its filling ur passenger footwell with water
usually a gd bit of gaffer tape will seal the pipe back nicely
im not sure on motor itself,i removed my rear wiper and motor from car altogether as my windows are blacked out all around
at a guess i reckon pulsating lights could be related to water, any other strange things happen?
check pollen filter and window scuttle panel to make sure their sealed and no water getin in

I'll check that, thanks although I haven't noticed that or any other area getting wet. But then again it doesn't work so not really even trying.
Once the radio (symphony) was turning itself of for half a second and back on in regular intervals. Never did it again. We agreed with my dad that it might be something grounded.
I have changed all filters (and oil) after we bought it (less than 2 months ago) and it was completely dry.
