xenon head lamp flickering issue

hi all , i have a 2006 b7 cabrio with xenon head lights , new bulbs have been fitted but driving down the road on main beam the lights flick from maim beam possibly back down to dip but not sure , the flicker up and down so much main beam is unusable and seems to be both near side but mostly off side . I think the reflectors are flicking up and down but cant tell from in the car .
Any ideas as what the issue could be or possible fix ?? thanks for any help

Think you accidentally got this in the A7 section rather than the B7.

Either way, is it random flickering or when you hit bumps or uneven areas of the road? (Is it ok when parked up) If it's the latter I'd guess at a loose connection, if it's random it could be the control module.
