First of all sorry for my bad english.

    I recently bought a car audi a3 1.9 tdi 105hp 2004 with 220000km on clock.
Timing belt and regular maintainece has been made.
I have some problems with stiff clutch and vibrations of the car that i can feel inside of the cabine most on the seat.

So the problem is if the car is at the idle, and i just give it some gas like 2000-3000 rpm and i release the gas pedale , after the release i can feel the vibration inside the cabine especially on on the seat it feels pretty werid like someone is pushing me side to side. Engine looks to work without problems, injectors and turbo were checked and they are good. My local mehanic did a quick check on mounts too but he said that they are ok. So that is the first problem which i think is connected somehow to the second problem.

So the second problem is when i drive slow and shift under 2000rpm clutch feels totally normal and smooth but when i do a quick acceleration the clutch gets very stiff its harder po push in, it feels like some vacum or something its hard to describe. Its weird because if i do some slow acceleration and shift slow the clutch is perfectly smooth, soft normal, its just if i do quick acceleration the clutch pedal gets harder to push. So here comes the third problem which i also think is somehow connected to this.

So the third problem is when i release the clutch after some hard quick acceleration the car makes a pretty unusual sound something like wooooooosh , it sounds like blowoff or some vacum or air leak i dont really know, but when it does this the clutch also gets harder, if the sound is louder the clutch is harder to push, i dont know if there is a connection or is only an coincidence. Sometimes the vibartion in the car is stronger i can hear some parts vibrating in the cabine. The car seems to drive normally tho its only this clutch/vibration/woosh sound that is bother me. Maybe i need a new clutch and dmf or maybe my mehanic didnt properly check motor/gear mounts, if its something out of this two, that stil does not explain the woosh sound it makes when releasing gas pedal. Turbo seems to be ok, the mehanic checkd it.

If anyone of you have any ideas, i would appreciate any advice/help. I own this car for almost 2 months but i didnt resolve this problems yet. Let me mention this: car does not have any weird/black smoke, gear oil was check it was at the max, also motor oil max if you need any more information im here.

    I wouldn't worry about it

    Any engine moves and vibrates

Let the car develop the fault, if there is one , being the cheapest option

I would say change gear at 2,500 rpm and above. Its different for a diesel engine in how you drive. You are changing gear too low and the engine is struggling to cope, this is what you are feeling through your feet in my humble opinion.

Don't listen to the note of the engine to change gear, use the rev counter..................... the engine is not noisy !!

By the way, allowing the car to rev up to 2,500 rpm & above will save you money in allowing the turbo to work.

Once a month, put the car in 2nd gear whilst driving and rev engine until the revs are just under the red and hold it for a few hundred yards, or until the exhaust smoke has gone

. This will blast all the rubbish out of the exhaust, giving you back the power and fuel economy of the engine

You could check the engine bracket that attaches to engine mounting.
The threads can suffer damage in this aluminium bracket, and also the bracket to engine bolts could be checked for security.
If there was a problem here your mechanic would probably have detected it,but you need a starting point to eliminate possibilities.

Sounds like it could be DMF but might be worth doing a brake & clutch fluid change first.

Thanks for all the answers appreciate it!

The problem is that it doesnt matter at which rpm i shift, i will almost always get that sound and stiffer/harder clutch pedal and some weird noise from it when i press it after acceleration, it just does not feel right like it should. My mehanic checked gear oil, is brake and clutch oil sepreate ? And if where is it ? I will also ask my mehanic to check mounts and brackets again. Let me mention this that when i bought the car, the car was for almost 2 months stall, undriven it was settled in the garage when i bought it.

I am getting some new hard vibrations i didnt have time to check all these things will do it asap. I get hard vibrations when i accelerate in 3rd 1800rpm-2300rpm somewhere there. Also my car jumps sometimes when i put it in reverse, or sometimes also when i shift from first to second gear. Anyone know what could be the problem here ?

Apart from suggesting to recheck the condition of the three engine mountings and the engine brackets for security.
Your mechanic may be able to check for excessive engine movement by having brakes applied and partly releasing clutch slowly to see amount of movement etc.
If all is ok with the mountings/brackets,then the d.m.f. may be next suspect. As your mechanic has seen same he is in a better position to advise.
