Useless DAB Radio

I don't seem to have any issue with my DAB radio... got mine in April of this year. I see the artwork, and signal is fine - and I am not in the best area for reception. I don't get any slideshows but I think that's more regional. However, my Husband has Scirocco and his DAB radio is so much better - navigating through the radio stations is great, all the station artwork is displayed on the screen in a row and you just touch what you want. It also shows on the main screen the name of the song etc. You'd think a £50k + Audi would have a better radio than a £30k VW!

The problem I have is that my Q5 used to switch to FM when there was no DAB reception (and obv when there was an Fm equivalent) but the Q7 doesn't seem to do this very often - quite irritating.

Mine does switch between fm and dab? It's the artwork that bugs me.

So weird how they all seem to vary. We live near the Mersey Tunnel and often we drive into Liverpool, no DAB signal in there and mine has maybe switched to FM once... never again, can't see a setting either.

Don’t think mine switches over either. Will have to double check the settings but sure I would have enabled.
