    It irritates me that a brand like this still can't find a solution for this. I've heard this has always be a problem with the A6 models the clutch i contacted LUK who made the clutches and flywheels. Hope to get some more information from them.

    My last C6 (2006) was a 2.0TDi manual and that developed the clutch judder after about 10k miles. I bought it new. It had a new clutch and flywheel (I understand it's the dual mass flywheels that cause the problem) under warranty and that fixed it until about 35k when it returned. It was replaced again (again under warranty) and this time it didn't return by the time I sold it at 6 years and 80k miles. I'm still in touch with the guy that bought it from me and he has not mentioned any problem since. My current 2.0TDi is an auto.
