Ok, so I tested things again and got the green menu working. I was chuffed with that.
Now applying the same theory and method with the previous fix update, I've now got bluetooth working too! I'm absolutely delighted. And relieved to be honest. LOL.
Big thanks to Gunnark100 towards the end there. I couldn't have done it without you.
The problem was, I discovered, that I was handling the zip file with WinZip which seemed to miss vital bits out. I finally handled it with Winrar. That's the one that works.

I have read all threads on this topic and it seems that I have same problem as PCB. My BT does not work and I looking for FIX iso file. Would it be possible to share it with me please? My version of MMI is BBT_EU_P0020_D1. If I'm not mistaken, it's just basic MMI on my Audi A6 C6 4F 2009 - facelift. Thank you in advance for support. I found online that file which fixed my Bluetooth in A6 C6 2009 facelift, have a look: P0020_ADJBK_FIX.rar - Google Drive .
My S/W version was BBT_EU_P0020_D1, after update Bluetooth is working fine at the moment.
