Probably a CAGB then. The fan fuse is number 42 in the left plenum chamber box, the one which fills with water, and is 40 amp for the standard duty single fan system. The manifold flap motor V157 is not fused.

Hi Crasher. Certainly not questioning your wisdom but my 2006 2.0 TDI (BRE) is showing fault P3102 - Motor for intake manifold flap (V157)- No signal. Everything I've read so far suggests the fuse may have blown though nobody states which one or where and I've spent a whole day looking for it. You're saying it's not actually fused at all, is that just for certain models? I opened the driver side plenum box and there is only one 40 amp fuse in there that looked ok. I'd like to get to the bottom of this as my EML is on and the limp mode light is flashing but like everything Audi, it seems impossible to get a definitive solution. Any suggestions?
