Complete agree satyp, for me I love the car, but it's the total end to end experience that let it down. The fact that we have had to escalate to Audi exec to actually get anything done kinda spoiled the customer service angle for me, always felt that Audi never took ownership and they use the dealer as a shield/excuse. Plus the yourAudi tracker only exascerbates the tension as it's crap.

Yep papereyes touché.. it's all governance and ticking boxes so it's all namesake as long as they got it all covered on paper somewhere.. whether it working for it's customers or if things should be improved on an ongoing basis is a whole different matter. Guess it would be too easy ai.

just glad your getting some where
i had a sim thing with the dealer when ordering
took them 3 months to even find out if the car was on order lol
and it was pass the buck between sales man
didnt help that I had 4 sales man 2 managers and 3 finance manager in 3 months
who all had left or got sacked so no one knew nothing

TOOK 7 MONTHS IN TOTAL TO GET THE CAR

as for all the other faults I just have to live with them for now
unless they turn into a permanent fault so they can trace it
sucks but have to live with it

really hope you get the car real soon
and looking forward on your thoughts with it

i want to know if you get a alloy foot rest when you get it please

Agree with all comment regarding Audi UK - at least they are no as bad as BMW (IMO)!

Max, I will certainly let you know about the alloy foot rest (or lack thereof)...I too hope it comes soon, never been this excited about getting a car.
MY17 SQ7, Sepang Blue, 22s, and lots of toys.
MY16 Passat Bluemotion GT, Reflex Silver, 19s, only a few toys.
