    Here is the ODIS report from local workshop, they told me that the instrument cluster needs to be replaced.

    Does anybody meet this issue? or do you have any idea what's wrong with this car? I'm wondering if it is the hardware issue or software issue.

    There's been a similar issue on the forum for a member but with the VC - not sure what fault was but as per your case it was replaced

    Does that mean it it hardware issue, and I should replace the instrument cluster?

    I found there is a software update for Q7 instrument cluster, the action code is "90J7" which is published on Sep 7, 2016.

    Can someone help me to get details about this update?
