How do i tell if a4 1.9 tdi is 90bhp or 110BHP?

Am i right in thinking this is a 90bhp?

another easy way to tell the 2 apart is that the turbo on the 90 sits very high in the engine bay,rocker cover height,the 110 sits very low,halfway down the engine block

It is a 1Z engine, 90PS.

Try the basic history search on autotrader, its free, if you know the reg. no. it will give you some basic info. e.g. when registered, colour, no. owners and the BHP (it does on the 1.8T models anyway) I used this to check out if a 1.8T that was advertised as 190BHP really was, its amazing the amount of people that think theirs is 190, when in fact its only 163. Check it out. Hope this is of some help to you.
