Audi executive team number?

Sorry, I don't have the numbers, but LinkedIn may help. I do empathise with you as I am having my own problems with securing a Q7.

I had an issue with a delay in delivery of my M5. It was about 4 weeks late due to a backlog at the port. The BMW dealer provided me with a decent demo car to bridge the 4 week gap and sent a single car covered transporter to the UK port to pick up my car so it didn't have to wait for the usual transporter load.

I hope you get a good and timely resolution - the SQ7 will be a beast!

Thanks mate, I read your post the other day and it goes without saying I was appalled and gutted for you. I really hope you get it sorted quickly with minimal disruption.

Yeah I was immensely looking forward to the car but I'm losing confidence fast now. I've got a cracking offer on a new RR TDV6 Vogue SE from carwow sitting in my inbox so that will be the fall back if I can't get this sorted PDQ. Only about 260 BHP but I can live with it I suppose...at least they're updating then infotainment interface.

I made some serious headway yesterday - it took a blanket email to every senior Audi person I could find, both at Audi UK and my dealer (Lookers in Edinburgh - they were appalled). My phone was gong ding dong all afternoon. Senior people at Audi UK were less than happy with what the CS people had been telling me (thanks to the MD of Lookers for contacting a senior colleague at Audi UK). Bottom line is that the car was held up in QC and left Bratislava for Emden on Tuesday - why the hell no one at Audi UK could just tell me that despite about six phone calls, I'll never know!

They couldn't say for sure but I have asked them to find out. Needless to say I'll be super extra pernickety at handover!

The manager at Lookers reckoned it was a case of the SQ7s being relatively new therefore spending a bit more time in QC (kind of makes sense? The 48 volt subsystem, EPC, etc. are all new). It doesn't help that the tracker on my "YourAudi" account seems to have sh4t itself which mudded the waters. The dealer also said that, rarely, cars are recalled from Emden to the factory and Audi try to keep it quiet - I'll have that at the back of my mind at handover and for the first few month of ownership.

That's good to know Gyro... at least on the right track now..

My opinion of Audi UK is very very low.. they appear to a "dummy" (literally) :-0 organisation.

to the tens of thousands of Audi UK Customers

Favourite Line: "Please Contact the Dealership"

They act as "a buffer zone" to stop you from talking the people who can actually resolve the issues in a timely fashion. I suppose that would cost Audi more hence their existence !!

I guess I could go on 😂...

Have they given any definite indication of when you could receive it?
