    Hi Folks,

I had my car scanned earlier its a Golf 1.4TSI MK6 , and this fault code was thrown up:

    01425 - Yaw Rate Sensor (G202)

I have had a quick google and am confused as to:
    A) where the sensor is located; and
    B) whether there is just one sensor, or two.

Does anyone have any information on this error?

    Thanks,

What was the full diagnostic for the fault code? Did you clear and rescan? Are you using genuine VCDS?

there are two sensors , accelerating and your yaw sensor

its under the steering wheel & should be clean

try showing your man who scanned it this article The Audi TT Forum :: View topic - "How to" Reset Long/Lat Sensors (G200/G251 or G419?)

I'll be bolted to the floor and may require removal of a seat to gain access. They are sometimes, but not always, integrated in the airbag module.
