Audi A3 Stereo wiring?

So i just got myself a nice Audi A3 8P sline quattro 2007 sportsback.. and a previous owner has put in a bad aftermarket alpine unit - the downside of this was 1)radio didnt work/sometimes did 2) only the front speakers seemed to work

So i decided to put in the Audi concertradio.. i prefer the standard one!

However i just pulled out the other one and the various bits of wiring - went to plug new one in and it doesnt seem to be powering up at all - granted this was an ebay job (with security code) so "may" be broken but i want to confirm that im doing it right before i accuse them of it

Edit: I have taken the fuse from the stereo that was just working and switched it out so confirmed its not the fuse

I have noticed i have 1 too many plugs and someone has put in a red wire this went to other stereo?

Looks like i have the wrong wiring? its for the RNS-E and not concert?

If thats true.. does anyone have a halfords link for a wiring set or should this work?

Further edit:

Am i right in thinking the is standard amp in this car? if so would that cause it not to turn on? (i.e a previous owner has popped it/fuse and then not bothered to fix)
--- cars rear speakers never worked since had it.. i assume badly installed aftermarket system?

Confirmed all fuses fine.. this looks like the RNS loom is not wired correctly?

Anyone got any wiring diagrams?

Edit: mods can use this.. fixed it all
