How reliable 3.0 tdi Quattro auto

Hi All
im looking into buying a 3.0 tdi convertible A4 Quattro auto
ive had a few audis predominantly diesels .2 Unbelievablely reliable 1.9 tdi A4s then a 2.0 tdi that had a recall for replacement injectors. Then an A3 with 2.0 tdi. I have also had an A6 allroad 2.5 tdi for the last 6 years.

I love the V6 power in the allroad and would like this in the convertible. I don't know anything about the 3.0 tdi and wondered on its reliability . My 2.5 tdi has been great but I know they have there issues with cam wear . Is the 3.0 tdi a better engine?

i read that the auto box with the 2.0 tdi 2 wheel drive is troublesome. Is the box in the 3.0 auto Quattro a better box?

As it's a Quattro auto. It should be the tiptronic box, and not the CVT box.
WAY better!
Shouldn't really have any problems.

Early versions tend to get duff injectors. Haven't seen many 07+ with them.
Can develop manifold flap issues. But if it were me I'd just have code mapped out because you don't need them, or you can get cheaper parts/repair kits now.
