    Default Musty smell Audi 80 convertible 2.6 auto W reg – 13-06-2016,06:54 PM
    Hi All,
    Have recently noticed a musty smell coming from my audi vents when the heater is turned on.The car has been parked up for the best part of 8 months. There is definatley no damp inside the car or any wet carpets etc. I have been told that it will be my cabin filter. Question is a) is that correct? and b) where is this located.
    I am aware of a filter inside the engine bay just below the windscreen on the drivers side of the car. Could this be it?

    Just re read, its not the drivers side unless shes a lhd car.
    YOUR CABIN/POLLEN FILTER IS UK PASSENGER SIDE , JUST AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN AND SITS DIRECTLY ABOVE YOUR FAN MOTOR.
