Whilst doing my first Audi oil change this weekend I was momentarily halted by an electrical connection that ran across and blocked the end of my oil filter stopping me from getting my oil filter drain tube onto the end of the filter.
After about 20 mins of cursing I finally got the electrical plug disconnected and was able to connect the drain tube.

Anyone any idea what this connector is for?
My Audi is a TFSI QUATTRO btw.

    Will do.
Had to put a halt on the car maintenance due to baby duty.
