    Hi,

Im looking into retrofit electric memory adjustable seats into my a6 avant -11. Today I have half leather with S-line logo printed in the backrest.

To save some money I wondering if I could buy electric memory seats from ebay and change the seats cover to my S-line seats? Instead of buying the exact same seats that I have today.

    Regards.

I would buy the whole seat and fit in, rather than change the covers

yes, that would be the best solution, but then we are looking at another 600euros for the exact same seats. So their is a lot of money to be saved.

That's possible, but if you replace the entire seats, then you can sell your former ones - I don't know if you calculated with this money or not.

However if you fail with the replacement of the seat covers, and the seat heating, and so on, than you will have two sets of useless junk, and IMHO, this could be a real financial disaster, not talking about that in this case you will not be able even to use your car.
