Just purchased a brand new Audi TT roadster in Ibis white.

First thing I have done is driven home (50 miles), washed and polished the car then waxed the car.

There are tiny black spots (not tar) on all plastics, not metal.

Has anyone else had this or can anyone advise what it is

Looks like fallout but I'm not about to clay bar a brand new car.

    many thanks in advance

Try some fallout remover like Korrosol or iron x. Strange it is only on the plastics only as you would expect it all over unless the protective film didn't cover those areas during the time it spent at the rail yard and on the train.
