I am putting a dashcam in my car, and gone for one that is small enough to sit infront of the interior mirror. I have fed the wire up into the interior light panel, and looking to find a switched 12v and GND does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2007 A4 that might be able to help with the wire colours I need in the connector shown? I don't really want to run wires all the way back if I can avoid it.

    Thanks.

Safest way run it down to the fuse box. Don't be putting strain on a system as it may not designed for anymore current.

OK, so this morning, I ran the cable inside the roof panel, and down the R/H arm, and it's now in the fuse panel. Looking for some help as to the best place to get a fused, switched +12v and a good ground. Can someone help? Thanks.
