Please help. My mechanic said to prepare for new Dual mass flywheel. MY car is Audi A6 C7 2 litre TDI 177 hp. Engine CGLC. Manual gearbox. My original part is 0B1105267AL £750 discounted on TPS. I found DMF 0B1105266AG with £400,this one fits most models of 2 litre tdi like q5,a4 ,a6 but not mine. Also fits engine code CGLA, CGLB and mine no which seem pretty strange.
The only difference is last letter instead of L is a G. From what I know represents a modification, please correct me if I am wrong. Anybody know if its a modification, what is the modification and if its worth to try and fit the cheaper one??? Any advice please ???

Best bet is send a PM to Crasher, no guarantee, but, if anyone knows it's probably him, mark TM or festor are pretty good bets as well.

Whippy has me confused with someone knowledgeable (or it’s April fools ). I would only know if I had read a post from Crasher or Mark etc.

I’m only good for giving your post a bump

Could the difference be between the way the engine sits in the car.
In the a6 the engine is longitudinal and I think in the others it's transverse. The gearbox will be different.
