Well I've had the car for two weeks now and love the looks etc however a major flaw the facia etc around the gear MMI controls etc is already covered in micro scratches and with the piano black really shows. Have I cleaned it with sandpaper or scouring pads, no just a lint free cloth that is suitable for glasses and tv screens. Has anyone else found this problem?

I am on my second black edition with piano black trim.

Wrecked the first one early on using micro fibre clothes. However in the end found a MF cloth that works a treat. Didn't realise there were so many types of MF cloth that vary so much in texture

for me it was trial and error in none conspicuous areas.

Which cloth did you find? And did you find any polishes that remove them?

I have checked the clothe as it lives in the car. Its one of Asdas.

I don't use polish , it generally just go over with a damp cloth and dry it off with said asda MF cloth

Car pro boa are very soft microfibres. On detailing world, the guys recommend using a damp cloth to wipe down as it prevents scratches.

Slightly off topic but I used baby wipes to clean all the trim and the leather seats and they made a cracking job!!
