    Thank you for this manual I´m having probably the same issue, recently bought used Q7 2011 and some speakers are not playing, balance/fade works weirdly, left side is playing on the right and right on the left, also the fader works this way, front is back and back is front. Somebody prbably tried to flash the MMI and this happened. Do I jave to delete the NAV database and NV partition? Last known wotking firmware is saved in MMI memory or do I have to download it somewhere? If you are still online, let me know, please

    Problem solved. After MMI update there has to be new parametrisation done to the amplifier. Vag Can Pro can do that on matter of seconds. Funny part is I have VCp but until now I disnt know it can do that. There is no need for the fw downgrade or so, if you update your mmi and 03389 problem occured, find some eith VCP and youre good to go.
