V6 tdi known engine problems

I am interested to find known engine problems so I may be able to prevent issues. I have read about the oil pump issues with the 2.0 tdi and have a neighbour with a 2.0 tdi A4 cab with only about 80, 000 miles whose oil pump failed and the engine and turbo were wrecked. I have two late 2006 cars with 3.0 tdi engines, both have had the inlet manifolds changed and I know there are issues with the metal quality of the timing chain tensioner pulley, but so far no rear engine rattles on startup, but are there any other major issues I should look out for?

I'm no expert but my experience of problems on the 3.0 a6 -
Throttle body issues
Egr valve
Intake manifolds
Swirl flaps
A few threads on here which explain in more detail if you search
Otherwise I find its a great all round car

Main issues are tensioners, injectors & inlet mainfolds. Also to look out for is the crank pulley.
