Replacement LED rear light advice needed

Morning all, I need to replace a right inner brake light cluster. The back of the old one has the part number 4G5 945 094 A as shown in the picture.

If I trawl around the interweb I can see there is a "B" version. For example this is from Partsbase

15	4G5945094A	led tail light; right; saloon+; PR-8SK
15	4G5945094B	led tail light; right; saloon+; PR-8SL

I know the last few digits are important to differentiate LED vs Bulb and left vs right, but does the "B" indicate if this is the part that supersedes mine, or is cosmetically different (tinted / different connector . . ..)?

FYI I had a look through the chassis plate for the installed options as I assumed "PR-8SK" related to PR Codes.. I can see neither the two listed from PartsBase:
PRCode: 8BP = Bi-functional headlight with gas discharge lamp
PRCode: 8Q3 = Automatic headlight-range adjustment dynamic (self-adjusting while driving)

Sorry for such a woosey question, but just want to be sure that if I spend £120 I get the right part.


(BTW if you spotted my other post, the warranty people expect me to pay the 1/2 hour for the diagnostic and an excess on the fit. The policy exclude "bulbs and lamps" so for the sake of ~£50 and not being without my car, I can easily source and fit it myself)

I think:
8SL is North America.
8SK is Europe.

Or you could just ring a dealer's parts counter with your reg and ask them the part code.
