Newbie-Audi A6 2.0tdi 2008 S-line power issues

Hi everyone. Im sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but im new to this. I have been looking at different forums but cant seem to get an answer. I have a 2008 audi a6 2.0tdi 140bhp. Ive owned the car 6 months and all has been well.

Very recently the car lacks power between 1500rpm to 2000rpm im all gears.it does not do this all the time it just has its moments on occasions. When this does happen and im on the motorway in.6th gear the car loses all power and struggles to get past 3000rpm or 80mph.i travel 60miles a day on the motorway.

I have recently had a full service complete with fuel filter, oil filter, air filter changed..ive also had the forte cleaning treatment too. Please can someone point me in the right direction or recommend a good audi specialist near blackburn. No lights have come on the dashboard either. The car is on 125k and full audi dealership history. I hear there are some very knowledgeble blokes on here who may be help

I can't provide answers or even suggestions as I'm just not one of the mechanically-minded members on here, but I can offer to scan your car for you with VCDS. This will give you some diagnostic results to post up here, that the more knowledgeable members can use to help pin down possible causes. It'll also save you forking out £100 odd quid for Audi to do basically the same thing. I'm just outside Clitheroe. PM me if you're interested & I'll let you have my contact details.

Thanks to Brycie got the codes from car. Top bloke. Below is the engine fault. There was loads of other data but the engine fault is as below. Couldnt figure out how to get all the data on here
If any one could shed some light would appreciate it.

Actually I was wrong, it is an under boost problem, not over boost. On the BLB/BRE engine I have seen this caused by a broken wire to the N75 valve due to the wiring being too short, a leak in the vacuum system (highly likely) or a problem inside the turbo making the adjuster ring stick but this is the least likely with this code, that problem would normally give an over boost code.

Thanks for looking at the issue crasher. Can you describe the N75 value or if you have a picture? When you say vaccum leak, is this just checking the hoses for splits. sorry im a complete novice.

If you or any one can point me to another thread which has the info or if someone can recommend a decent audi specialist around the blackburn area. i dont mind travelling as long as the job is done properly.

The wiring problem I have had twice, the unit has to be accessed from below the car after removing the lower cover so the car needs to be up in the air. The start point for the vacuum is the small take off hose from the vacuum pumps feed pipe to the servo, apply a vacuum to this hose and you should not be able to draw air through it. I have one of these on a lift (we are preparing it for sale) but we are just off for the works Christmas dinner, I will try and take a picture next Tuesday.

Thanks mate for the info. Just to add cars been running fine since it last occurred. Im sure it wont be long before it happens again. Having said that does it rule about any or the above?
