    Has any body removed the a pillar interior trim on a 2007 a6. Need to remove it to hide a wire.

    Pull and slide, it's quite tight so requires a bit of force. You'll not break it.

    Not quite true, you may break one of the metal pins as I did, this happened when advised A pillar trim needed to be removed to access ABS wiring loom...when it doesn't

    If you just want to get a wire behind the A pillar, you can just take the trim from behind the door rubber and feed your wire behind it, then tuck the trim back behind the door rubber.
    You can do the same with the roof lining,

    Worked for me on the old A6, my A3 and now A4.

    It may be worth grabbing a trim removal kit too - just in case, much easier than fingers getting trapped and cut (it happens) and they're <£10 depending on the kit you get.
