    Default A4 b7 ipod interface – 27-11-2015,09:30 PM
    Happy Friday People :-) I have a 2007 a4 b7 8e cabriolet. I have a factory fitted ipod connection in the glovebox, I have bought a 30 pin tune2air connector with the hope of Streaming music to it. My problem is, there seems to be no power to the ipod connection!

    Help would be gratefully received, Thanks :-)

    I have same issue (audi a8 2008). Ive tried it in my friends a4 (2010) and it works like a dream. Im starting to think that they don't work with mmi 2g.

    Looks like there is a solution, have a read at this link: Bluetooth Audio via MMI/AMI *Finally Possible* - Page 18 - Audi A5 Forum & Audi S5 Forum

    Cable needs some sort of modification to get power injected or to trick system to think that ipod is connected.

    Power injection looks to be best solution, but I cant find anything like that in UK, only in US.
