Bulb replacement

Hi a total noob to the Audi scene. Have a 2008 A4 s line. 2.0TDi
do the headlamps need to be removed to change the bulbs?
Also the front spots in the lower part of front bumper! I was told the whole bumper has to come off to get to them! Is this true?

Hi, no the lights don't need to be removed to change bulbs, and to change the fog light bulbs, just remove the front part of the plastic under tray, not the whole bumper
