    Hi All,

    I am hoping for some help regarding a misfire on a 2011 1.6tdi Caddy
    It has a fault code of p0203 which I understand refers to an electrical fault on the no 3 injector.

    When Green flag came out to tow me in he put his noid test lights on the injector plug and found no signal to the injector.

    I am currently hoping this indicates a injector wiring loom fault (not ECU fault..... please no !!!!)
    I have removed the air box and battery tray to have a closer look at the loom and all seems ok.
    I could do with getting to the other end of the harness as it plugs into the ECU so I can get a meter on it to check for continuity and shorting to earth.

    Looks like the ECU is behind a bulkhead panel ( not worked out how to get into that yet.)


    It looks like the injector wiring goes into the T60 , 60 pin connector plug to the ECU.
    If I need to change the injector harness, does that mean changing the T60 plug and all the additional cables attached or can the individual injector cables be successfully removed and replaced in the connector plug.

    Or am I barking up the the wrong tree with this approach?

    Although I have always carried out my own maintenance in the past but this is more technical than I am used to.
    Any advice from someone who has experience with this particular job would be gratefully appreciated.

    Does anyone know the injector resistance values for a 2011 1.6 tdi ?


    I am not getting any reading between the pins and the injector body on any injector. ( I think that is a good sign )
    However I am getting a reading of 3.2 ohms between the pins on the no3 injector, but 0.0 ohms on the other 3.


    does this indicate a bad injector?
