Hi has anyone changed the trim plastic colour on the allroad? I am about to buy but the trim looks awful. If anyone has done this if you have before and after pics? the wheel arch and sides and bumpers will need to be done. I was thinking of wrapping but it wont stick, i have heard about wet vynal spray, but its only on matt. If anyone has other ideas or how to's please let me know.
dont want to buy a spray can and make a meal out of it. taking to paint shop is last resort. Thanks.

Would a trim restorer work, or are they really bad?

My OH has a Mini Cooper with plastic trim like that and I use Chemical Guys Tyre and Trim gel (Chemical Guys Tire and Trim Gel - Shop 'n' Shine) and it comes up like new.

Works well on the tyres as well. Of course there are other brands that do similar products. This is just the one I happen to use and have had good results.

i would go and speak to a local bodyshop, see what they suggest, but you can get primers designed for plastic. i would think a good etch primer would do, followed by a top coat.
