You can indeed. Can pay off a PCP whenever you like I believe.

I would have a look at CarWow and other online brokers though. I managed to get much better discount by using these sites.

I didn't even use the site to make my order in the end, just got the advertised discounts then went to my local and asked if they could match it, which they did

Yep, same here. Used Carwow to get offers of £11k+ discount, including the Audi contributions. Local dealer beat them to get the business.

I was happy with the rate of the PCP so have left it running. What was going to pay for the car has gone off to Neil Woodford.

Was looking at another A6 a while back but the price to change was a little away from were I wanted to be...
Now the dealer has come back to me offering £1500 off and two services if I take the pcp out.
The deal would be that they would refund me £10k on my px and then add it to the balance to change of £7450, making £17450 on a pcp.
The dealer has said I can make an over payment to reduce the value of the pcp and reduce the term to just one year.

Am I right in thinking I can pay the full amount off after the 14 day cooling off period and still take advantage of the £1500 advance and two free services included in the original offer..

The offer finishes Monday so have to be quick...

    Thanks

    ...You've lost me....

Sorry I can't make head or tail of the offer you have been made, but I think me and Bar Shaker were just trying to point out that brokers such as CarWow can generally get you better deals than what the dealers will offer you in the showroom.

£1,500 off a +£30k car is pretty low. As a comparison, I currently have a new S5 on order and I managed £8,500 discount by using the figures I got quoted from CarWow and getting my local to match. Granted, the discounts on the current 5 model are likely to be higher, but it gives you an indication that you can get more than the quoted discounts by Audi (think they are around £4300 atm).

Sign up and put in your spec and see what deals you get. Doesn't cost anything and you can just ignore them. I ran hundreds of different quotes on different cars and specs, and even then I didn't even go through the site in the end.

Also, 2 services cost around £300 if you get the service package so its not a huge amount extra really...

I think that would be a tad cheeky if the final price is based on a dealer rebate on the pcp. Your dealer could reasonably withdraw the services, on the basis that you had cancelled the finance.

Aren't dealerships meant to offer the same level of discount regardless of payment method? I know Audi don't, but I know another German car marque that can't be named does...

Cant say I would have too much of a conscience about settling the finance early personally...guess it depends on your relationship with the dealership....probably would avoid taking it back to them for servicing mind!!

The pcp is through Audi uk not the dealer.
The dealer is miles away so can't see me going back again...
Since my last post the salesman has said "the pcp is like any other finance and can be paid up at any time"
Lastly the spec of the car new is £40k plus, can't see me getting £11k discount...

    Thx

Looks like you can get pretty close.... I got more than what OrangeWheels offered me on my S5 using CarWow.
