    Are you sure you have disconnected the EGR valve and tried it? They get full of oil and blow the fuse.

    As the post is around 2 years old I would of thought he got it sorted have you tried the solutions in the comments on here

    Hi Crasher, I've just swapped a replacement blb engine into a b7 a4 and having the same 15a fuse in ecu tray blow. Have disconnected brake light switch to rule out and no change. Would you suggest running the car with egr disconnected to clean out oil? The car did have turbo and oil pump failure so there is oil in inlet tract. Thanks

    You would get a better response if you start your own new post and included the VIN's of both vehicles if possible or PM me the reg's if you don't.
