Is my B4 Audi A4 TDI engine one of those affected by the VW #dieselgate scandal?

I read an interesting announcement posted today on the VW UK news website in the wake of the still-evolving emissions test rigging scandal affecting diesel engines in some VW, Audi and Seat models that has been in the news headlines for the past couple of weeks.

The announcement's headline is this:

Volkswagen AG announces action plan to refit diesel vehicles with EA 189 EU5 engines

This text in particular caught my attention:

An internal evaluation on Friday established that a service procedure is required for some five million vehicles from the Volkswagen Passenger Cars brand out of a total eleven million Group vehicles worldwide. These vehicles from certain models and model years (such as the sixth generation Volkswagen Golf, the seventh generation Volkswagen Passat or the first generation Volkswagen Tiguan) are fitted with Type EA 189 diesel engines.

The announcements speaks specifically about VW-branded vehicles. Yet I think it's probable that other VW-owned brands - Audi, for instance - will be affected. So trying to figure out what it may mean for my car, an A4 S-Line with a 2.0 140 TDI diesel made in 2006 (or even 2005). How do I find out whether the engine is the one the VW announcement mentions? I can't see the type mentioned in the V5, only the engine number.

Any thoughts?

One other thing re emissions. I do wonder what impact all of this may have on current vehicles and car tax. Here's what my V5 shows for emissions on my car:

A bit of a hazy area for a lay driver like me, but if NO2 levels are inaccurate, what about C02? Particulates? Does it make any sense at all in light of the VW scandal?
