Hi everyone, i need some help, i change a timing belt in a Audi A6 Allroad AKE 2.5 TDI 180cv, like say in manual, everything is ok, but when i connect VCDS in car for i see diesel pump timing for i adjustment, i see it...... and i need some help from who knows much of this engine...

    In late i have:
    -1.2º BTDC
    Cold start valve 100.2%

    In early i have:
    8.2º BTDC
    Cold start valve 3.6%

What is wrong? I need put it like????
I think i nedd to put it in 1.6 or 1.8 ATDC right?
For that i need put pulley anti-clock way to make the injection later right?

I made 2 screen shots, in attachment.

Thanks in advance and sorry my English...

    Hi,
your English is far better than my portuguese, obrigado . It looks like you might have a faulty injection pump or it might be a blockage in the fuel supply ?
Anyway the correct numbers are late 2,0 ATDC and in early the advance piston should obtain a timing at 15 BTDC. 8,2 is far too little, when you rev it above 3500 rpm ,do the ECU log a fault code ?

Hi and thanks.. (obrigado) The injection fuel pump or something a blockage the fuel, would degrees wrong on timing? No, engine never have a DTC fault code,
(only in ABS), but when i put in 04 group with VCDS and engine injected diesel late and early automatic for test, after that and only after that test if i go see faulty codes i have always 00550 - start of injection regulation control difference. but if clean this faulty, he disappear i drive about 3000 Km.... and not appears again... but when i test again timing in group 04 vcds he come again... If i move the pulley of diesel pump in clock and anti-clock can fix this? may be the cause of all this? Thank you all
