    Hi all,

I cleaned the EGR Valve and pipes on a AUY 1.9tdi (115).

The pipe and valve were completely blocked by soot.

I replaced the vacuum pipes to EGR, Throttle and reservoir.

I replaced all filters (oil change, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, cabin filter).

Still the engine is flat with little pick up between 1,200-2000rpm.

To add to this after a 30 mile motorway journey I had an oil warning pop up (so I topped up).

Ideally I wanted to swap out the vacuum pipe for the turbo too but couldn't see it.

No error codes using "Torque" obdii for android.

Any advice about what could cause this and a cheap fix?

    Thanks,

    Andy

Ok, I ran it this morning, and I've checked the oil level. It was "high" - but still just on the bend of the dipstick, so I'm not sure if the "Check Oil Level" is a red herring.

Is it possible I've unclipped the oil switch whilst cleaning the EGR and changing some hoses?

It's still flat to drive - I'm hoping that's the vacuum actuation tube for the Turbo.
