hows it going everyone!? hope all is well

currently im almost about to give up on my a4 i really dont because i changed so much parts and put alot of time into rebuilding so this might be my last hope

what happen was that sound you hear when it first came one it would go away when i out my foot on the clutch lightly like taking the slack off the pedal,

now its continuos and gets louder when i push my clutch in like in the video, the car was driveable when the sound first came on then it started to become harder to shift till the point i had to hail mary it home getting stuck on the street because it wouldnt go into gears so far i changed the slave cylinder i still have a soft spongy clutch and it has lil pressure towards the bottom, i think im going to change the master and see how that goes but do you guys have any thoughts?

you need a new clutch.. simple as that, your clutch and or release bearing has died and gone to hell and you need a new one. a master cylinder will help as much as the new slave cylinder did.

change clutch, its not too bad a job really. shame to get rid of an otherwise good car, and you will only regret it.

If you have more time than money, just take it apart and see what you find before ordering new parts, it's 90 % chance you can get away with only a new release bearing
