Newbie here 1.9tdi or 2.0tdi

Evening all

Just want to say hi I'm Daniel from Northumberland I'm currently looking at the A3 around the 2005 mark to around 2007 the vehicles I have seen range miles wise from 60k to around 85k I just need your knowledge on what's the best engine that will give me hopefully trouble free motoring I have seen some that's around £6k that's had various things done ie cambelt and water pump etc and it has 80k on the clock

Daniel, of that era i'd go for 1.9, seems to be less trouble than the 2 litre from the experience of some of my pals and discussion here and elsewhere on the web.

Hello all the dealer has given me this engine number bkc 954961 what's your thoughts on this engine is it reliable or is it one to avoid
