I have a bad paint chip on the passenger side headlight wash cover which I want to get repainted. I appears that it was replaced before but it was never primed before painting as it has a glossy black background under the paint, hence the big chip of paint removed from the cover. Any idea how to remove it so I can get it painted properly?

Also I have a annoying rattle coming from the passenger side air vent when I turn on the AC AC from cold. I'd like to remove it to investigate and if possible fix it. Any advice on removing the vent?

    Thanks

The easiest way I've found for the headlight washers is put your lights on, get someone to jet wash the windows which will activate the headlight washers and while they are out catch it (it's held in by a spring) then just unclip it.

I didn't get a minute to look at either this evening! I will tomorrow though.

I've tried to remove the passenger air vent without success. I can't see any clips/tabs to push etc in order to release the vent. Any further help would be appreciated..
