Been reading through various other posts with regards to similar problems to myself but nothing as concrete as could be a number of things. Hopefully some one may be able to narrow it down a little for me.

I believe all my problems maybe linked to faulty ccm from what I've read but will see what you guys think.

    1) Sometimes when I put my key into ignition the immobiliser light comes on and I have to take key out and try again and works fine.

    2) Sometimes (happening more regular now) only 1 interior light (rear passenger) side comes on and others don't, not even the puddle light or door light BUT what I find strange is everytime this happens if I press the button to turn the interior light on constant tge warning light on dash comes on to say boot/door is open?

    3) My key fob was getting worse for pressing at a distance and now has totally given up amd won't work. Battery had been replaced and it lights up fine just won't open/lock the car.

    4) With my key fob not working I am using my key in the door.
If I lock from passenger side it will lock every door and boot and arm the alarm.
If I lock from the drivers door it will lock the drivers door first turn then all doors/boot and arm the alarm on the second turn.
The central locking works fine all the time if sat in the car and pressing the lock button on drivers door.

    5) getting alot of radio interference when using indicators.

So far I have checked all fuses, checked all wiring in boot and doors for breakage/shorting and all seem fine.

    Sorry for the long post.

    1) have you tried a spare key ?

buy a spare key fob, try skoda parts online, just bought a fob for £50 on sale from there. SkodaParts.com - Genuine Skoda Parts and Accessories - Skoda Parts Online You will need to look to see what other cars in the VAG range work with yours, but with a sale you can get a genuine for the same price as a Chinese import

Try also Trade Part Specialist for a price

In fact buy 2 keys & 2 fobs, you might have to go to VW for the keys for the chip in the key, but google how to pair up the fob; I did mind thanks to youtube and got it working on the 3rd attempt

    2) As for indicators causing interference, well you need a suppressor; straight out the 80's with that one

    3) Cant help thinking you may have an earthing problem, that may be a red herring, but worth keeping in your head in the background

Some fobs, are programmed if you press once, it just opens the drivers; twice and the whole car opens. I don't know if this happens with the key opening in drivers door or not ? The passenger side will just be a basic lock/ unlock the whole car

The ignition barrel may also be goosed, rather than the key; so maybe buying one key & fob to try out .............................. good to have a spare

I would also consider scanning the car for faults and then report back here

    3) On the door, look at the hinge area; there you will see a rubber cover. Pull the rubber cover back & check the wiring for either a break or green gunge. Green gunge means a break in the wiring
    VW POLO 2002 1.2 12v , Audi A6 2006 2.0 TDi SE , Skoda Fabia 1.4 TDi
