    Hi all

Apologies if theres a thread about this, i have researched but cant find nothing on forums, googled it found some ideas about connections but no actual real info about what i need etc.

I bought a audi a3 sat nav to replace the standard one, everything is fine, bose works fine and steering wheel volume control etc however just the AUX doesnt work? the bluetooth works fine, built in aux below the handbrake doesnt seem to pickup music from phone.

Any suggestions? I can upload pictures of the back if needed.

    Thanks

Yup that'll happen as the aux wiring on the rnse uses the 32pin plug connector to transfer data rather than the quad lock. If you search the forum for "rnse aux wiring" you should find the relevant info along with part numbers you need to change over.

Oh and you'll need VCDS also to enable the auxiliary function.
