Ok Guys...

Found compressor to be ok.... Its controlled by relay 454 under the fuse panel driverside under dash....

Shorted across t6 ( relay supply from fuse 29) to t8 which would be supply to compressor clutch.... Clutch engaged and ran

So why is relay not switching to supply clutch ?????

Relay earth t2 has good continuity to earth

T6 to T2 ( through coil) is 12k ohm

T1 TO Earth through air sensor is 5k ohm

have replaced hp switch and ambient air sensor and had it recharged with no leaks showing

am i missing anything here???

Hi I have the exact same problem on an 05 sx. Just wondering if you had any success getting the a/c going? This is driving me mental! It seems everyone has problems with the a/c but theres hardly any info online. And none with a successful conclusion. Relay 454 is an expensive part! how do you test it before buying one? Also if you remove the side panel from the dash inside the drivers door you can see relay 454 its just possible to get a hand in and remove it without taking the fuse box out.
