Anyone used MyAudi?

I've got the VIN number for the new car, so I've been onto myAudi and set up the car - it recognised Model etc from VIN, can't see how to add destinations and set a PIN for the car to hook in.

Anyone had any experience of this?

Yeah I read that thread, but it implied that you could add destinations etc on myAudi, but they probably would fail when they hit the car.

I can't even find how to add destinations.

Maybe Audi are 'fixing' it?

The option for Audi Connect Services is missing from mine too, which is where you should be able to do this, but then I only just managed to created by Vehicle with the VIN. The Create Vehicle option was missing for me, after I created first created the account, for a while so maybe it takes time to update for this option as well?

I can't remember how I did it, but it was "perfectly obvious", implying that if it's not there now, it's been removed.

I have just been through the ballet of having the dealer take my car in so that they could see for themselves that AudiConnect doesn't work, which is a nonsense, as we all know that it works for no-one.

Hey ho! Lovely car with some really rubbish software around it. I wonder if their technik has sprung vor India to get the software done on the cheap?

Shows the options for Audi Connect on mine now, going to a party somewhere in the middle of nowhere tomorrow so will see if it can cope with the destination for that

well it worked to the point of the car seeing the destination on the account but it couldn't find the route since the address wasn't complete, as others have found. Makes it kinda pointless since if I had a perfect address I wouldn't need to download a location from Google maps. Ah well, I was able to scroll around Google maps in the car easy enough to find it though so at least that works nicely...even if I do have to put my sim card in the dash to use it :P

What pees me off is that it is quite obvious that:

1. The addresses on MyAudi simply don't work, ever, for anyone in this country.
2. Audi knows that perfectly well and has done for months if not years.
3. Audi has not fixed it.
4. Audi still advertises it as a function which adds value to their vehicles.
